We use this data only to create and manage the client's own campaigns, show the client their results, keep spending within the limits the client sets, and deliver each lead to that client's own follow-up system (for example, their AI text and voice agent and CRM) so the person who asked for service gets a fast response.
Who we share it with. Lead data is delivered only to the business whose ad generated it. We do not sell advertising or lead data, share it with other businesses, or use it to target ads for anyone else. Ad account data is processed by our hosting and AI providers only to operate the service.
Security. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access to connected accounts is limited to authorized Afterburner personnel, and every change our service makes to an ad account is recorded in an audit log.
Retention and deletion. Advertising and lead data is kept while the client's account is active. It is deleted when the client disconnects the platform or deletes their workspace, or within 30 days of a written request.
