I've spent years building websites and automation systems for small businesses. And the same story kept repeating itself — a plumber, an HVAC tech, a roofer doing great work, growing by word of mouth, but bleeding leads every single night when they put their phone down.

A customer calls at 8pm. Gets voicemail. Calls the next guy on Google. That job is gone. And that plumber never even knew it happened.

I built Afterburner Systems to fix that specific problem — using the same AI tools that enterprise companies spend millions on, packaged specifically for home service businesses, at a price that makes sense for a 3-person crew in Colorado Springs or a landscaping company in Phoenix.

The first deployment was, technically, an answering service. But answering the call turned out to be step one of six. So we built the rest: the CRM the lead lands in, the follow-up that chases it, the calendar it books into, the review request that fires when the job closes, and the website that pulls in the next one. Today Afterburner isn't a product that answers your phone — it's the system your whole front office runs on.
